The US Army Strategic Intelligence Force also known as the Night Raiders is a special forces unit within the United States Army currently headed by General William Taylor. Founded in WWII, the SIF was used to gather intelligence behind enemy lines through the use of airborne and amphibious tactics their first operation was known as Operation: Nightfall during the night to capture a Nazi military leader and interrogate him for the position of superweapons (giving them their nicknames the "Night Raiders"). The SIF is tasked with national intervention of military resistance, opression, dictatorship, terrorism, and super weapons. The SIF has been used in WWII, Vietnam, Korea, the Cold War, the Gulf War, and the Iraq War/War On Terror.
